Shipping Info: All domestic items shipped via USPS, typically within 2 business days of placing orders.

Delivery times for international orders can be very unpredictable, so please be patient. We provide tracking numbers for shipments so please use those to see the status of your order.

If your package is lost in the mail - we will do our best to help replace it if possible for domestic customers. This does not apply to international orders, limited edition items (i.e. tapes), or products listed as sold out.
Return Policy: If your item is defective - i.e. tape or CD won't play, let us know and we will see if we can replace it. Please keep in mind that some items are produced in very limited quantities, and replacements may not be possible. In this case we will work something out for you.
